How to Serve

Serve Teams are what make a church service possible. Without teams of people investing their time and energy into creating the different aspects of a service, we’d all be standing out in a parking lot wondering what was going on. Below are a list of teams.

• Tech Team - This team runs all of the sound and video equipment.
• First Impressions Team - This team makes sure that everyone who comes to The Avenue is taken care of. From parking to greeting to helping people find the bathroom, this team makes sure everyone has a great experience at our worship services.
• Family Ministry Team - This team makes sure kids are growing in Christ. This isn’t baby sitting. This is partnering with families so that the next generation has a foundation to build on the rest of their lives.
• Worship Team – This team is responsible for leading the musical and creative elements of a worship service.  People signing up for this team will have to try out.
• Setup/Teardown Team - This team makes everything possible. Getting there before services start and staying later, this team sets up all of the equipment and children’s spaces that make a service possible.
