Crazy Traffic Situation for Sunday!
So apparently there is an ironman competition this Sunday that is shutting down Southern Parkway which is the road on which we meet. Now normally that would be a problem. But we decided we are tougher than any mere traffic situation and we’re definitely tougher than some mere ironman competition. So here are directions for the new “scenic route”
From Central turn south onto brooke street.
- Follow brooke street until you reach E. Kenton. Turn right.
- E. Kenton quickly becomes W. Kenton. Turn off of W. Kenton to the alley behind the church
- We’ll still be able to park as usual leaving will just be interesting.

We know this is a little crazy, but we’re not going to stop or give up. We think we’re tougher than the ironman competition.
Launch Team-We need two people to volunteer to be traffic controllers and help people find their way. Email Ben ben@avechurch.com if you are able to do this. Also since this is going out on a friday, we need you to spread the word to everyone about the change in route.
